A boutique Real Estate PE fund in Taipei is looking for both senior and junior financial analysts!

Senior Financial Analyst
 
REQUIREMENTS 

- University graduate or above

- At least 7 years of working experiences

- Accounting and tax knowledge and skills

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Advanced reporting and presentations capability

- Good English is required

- Professional qualifications in accountancy or having working experiences in development projects is preferred

- Comfortable working independently or as a effective team player

- Works well under pressure and tight time frame

- Analytical in problem solving, able to make recommendations to senior executives

- Confident decision making ability and able to give clear instructions to vendors

- Comfortable working remotely with team members in China and traveling to the firm’s Shanghai office when required

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle the books, tax filings as well as other accounting and tax matters for the firm and its affiliates, including the Taiwan branch, as well as the funds and its investments managed by the firm

- Responsible for coordination with external accountants, auditors, tax advisors and bankers

- Manage the bank accounts for the firm and its affiliates, including the Taiwan branch, as well as the funds and its investments managed by the firm

- Keep track and prepare reporting materials of the investment portfolio and related operation

- Prepare annual operating budget and manage such against actual results

- Support BU to prepare financial projections and models of the proposed investments, and ensure such projections and models are in line with the related accounting and tax treatments

- Support BU to liaison with banks, accountants and tax advisors with respect to deal structuring and execution
Junior Financial Analyst
