Location: Beijing As the marketing manger, you have the objective of bringing in and retaining new players to our world class social games through various marketing channels. We are looking to strengthen this team with a skillful, intelligent individual who is interested in working at a rapidly growing, fast

The marketing manager owns the traffic campaigns for our games and has the responsibility to let these campaigns perform at or above set targets, with the freedom to allocate budgets in the most effective possible way. You have experience in managing large scale traffic campaigns for Responsibilities:
- Marketing campaign management, reporting and expansion - Interact directly with partners and agencies to maximize campaign performance - Maximize campaign performance with A/B and multivariate testing - Track and periodically report progress of Playfish marketing campaigns - Explore and test new marketing channels - Analyze campaign and channel performance and make recommendations - Oversee in-game advertising / sponsorship opportunities as complementary revenue stream - Manage agencies and advertising partners to ensure best value-for-money - Innovate to achieve cut-though and measurable impact in a competitive space Requirements:

Location : Beijing, China As the Online Content Manager at Playfish China you will be responsible for our communication and support of our user community. You will work with the game teams to communicate new features and events to the community, talk with the community to give their feedback to our game team,handle and build our customer support function and work with marketing to plan and coordinate marketing campaigns for China. We're looking for an experienced, positive and passionate team member, who loves games, is a strong communicator and can write well, has experience from a community management role, is organized and can get our community excited and understand their needs. 1. Lead event planning and execution in cooperation with the game teams to drive engagement in our community 2. Write regular in game newsletters and texts for other community communication, and send out this regular communication, including feeds and similar Implement reporting of results of events and user communication efforts, to game team and management 3. Maintain forums and FAQs for all key titles, to keep forums active and assist our players Conduct regular reviews of community feedback. Implement reporting to summarize and highlight key feedback and actionable recommendations to all game teams and management 4. Initially answer customer support tickets and feedback urgent issues to the game teams. 5. Later train others to handle this function 6. Plan, write and execute regular surveys of our community to assist game teams in decision making 7. Assist marketing in large marketing campaigns as needed 8. Track marketing exposure for our titles 9. Be a positive member of our team, help to build a great culture for our China team, give feedback on games in development and take part in other activities in the company as needed. Technical skills and experience:
1. Must have 3 years of previous experience in a community management role or similar in the gaming industry 2. Project management experience in a team environment to meet scope and timeline requirements 3. Understanding of marketing/PR methodologies and workflow 4. Strong written communication abilities in Chinese 5. Experience writing for web and newsletters 6. English written proficiency required, Verbal ideal 7. Experience working with Photoshop is a plus 8. Understanding of legal/privacy requirements for online promotions 9. Create a new game feature that will go live and be used by millions of players within a week Contribute your ideas to a new game prototype in development, whilst learning from some of the world's best game designers Locate and solve a tricky memory issue occurring in hundreds of JVMs Design a new service & corresponding service contract to minimize remote communications Debate over coffee with your colleagues the relative merits of RPC vs. messaging-based communication, or the appropriate use of IoC and aspects Insure high quality code and enforce good practices (Unit test, code review, pair-programming) across the team in an agile environment Cooperate with Design, QA, producer and Operation team We are looking for:
- Strong object-oriented design skills and passion for agile test-driven development and continuous integration - Good understanding of RDBMSes, SQL, and Unix-like systems - Interest in (or knowledge of!) cutting-edge technologies and techniques such as AWS, non-RDBMS data stores, SOA, messaging / EDA, REST - Computer science or related degree or equivalent experience Work Experience and Education:
- Must have strong English reading/writing skills- 5+ years of server side development experience.
